Email Security Posture - Privacy Notice and Explicit Consent

Data controller: VeriTeknik Bilişim ve Telekomünikasyon Ltd. Şti. ("VeriTeknik"). Personal data processed: your name, work email address, company name, your role/title, the domain you submit for analysis and the email-security configuration derived from that domain's public DNS records, your IP address, browser information (User-Agent), and verification records. Purposes: (a) to analyze the email-security posture of the domain you submit, prepare your tailored report, and send it to you by email; (b) to contact you about VeriTeknik and its partner Proofpoint's solutions; (c) to measure and improve service quality. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Turkish Data Protection Law no. 6698, art. 5/1). Without consent, no full report is generated and you are not contacted for marketing; only the on-screen summary is shown. Transfers: limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our partner Proofpoint and with our infrastructure / email-delivery providers, solely to run the contact and sales processes. Retention: kept for the duration of the business relationship and any period required by law; erased or anonymized within a reasonable time after you withdraw consent at the latest.
