VeriTeknik provides the following services: • Data center services (colocation, dedicated servers) • Cyber security solutions • Cloud and licensing services • DevOps and infrastructure management • AI/ML operations The scope and terms of services are determined by separate agreements.

As users, you must comply with the following obligations: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Maintain account security • Use in compliance with laws • Respect third-party rights • Not misuse services

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Hosting or distributing illegal content • Sending spam or malware • Attempting unauthorized access to systems • DDoS or similar attacks • Copyright infringement • Misusing others' personal data

VeriTeknik provides its services as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages • Liability for service interruptions is limited to SLA coverage • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of dispute, Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. Changes to these terms become effective upon publication on our website.

VeriTeknik provides AI-powered services through the Morpheus AI Operations Assistant. Within this scope: • Morpheus may anonymize operational patterns learned from your interactions and add them to a collective knowledge base • Collective learning can be disabled from the Morpheus management panel (opt-out) • Anonymized data is irreversible and falls outside personal data scope • Recommendations provided by Morpheus are informational; final decisions rest with the user • Data processing details for AI services are explained in our KVKK and Privacy Policy pages

Domain names you register through VeriTeknik are subject to the rules of the registry operating the extension. • Some registries require the registrant to accept their policies before a name can be registered. In that case the purchase screen shows a link to the policy, and confirming the order means you accept it as the registrant. • Your acceptance is stored with your order, together with the link and version of the policy you were shown. • Some registries do not allow WHOIS privacy; for those extensions the registrant's details are published and no privacy option is offered at checkout. • Extensions that require documents or eligibility (for example a professional licence, residence or incorporation papers) are not covered by accepting these terms; the information they need is requested separately.
